1. This ia a complete "fake out" on the true agenda of Democratic Socialism

which is to end the private ownership of the means of production and distribution and to replace it with a "social ownership of the means of production."

This has never worked out well in human history.

The advanced capitalist first-world liberal democracies are NOT Democratic Socialist states. These are Social Democracies.

The attempt to conflate two very different ideologies seems deliberate in some quarters (like The DSA).
