Next debate in October? Where and when

and what are the criteria to participate?

Also, on PBS NewsHour, there was a segment about raiding money by the candidates. No PACs, but also not major donors.

It was concluded:

Candidates who don't make the third debate stage in less than three weeks will likely need to reevaluate whether they have the cash or support to stay in the race. And that's good news for anxious Democratic donors, who say a final Democratic nominee can't come soon enough.

And my reaction was what do you mean final Democratic nominee can't come soon enough? We are five months away from the first caucus.. Shouldn't voters have a say?
