Which candidates can beat the GOP 2020-2024?

If and when we beat trump in 2020, if the GOP beats us with obstruction and nothing gets done 2020-2024, and then Josh Hawley or Ted Cruz wins in 2024, the country is sunk.

Which candidates can beat the GOP at their own game 2020-2024??

If we don’t accomplish anything in 2020, we’re likely to lose in 2022. And then the GOP will have had 4 more years to gerrymander, suppress votes, and continue brainwashing with Fox and Limbaugh and rightwing Internet and Facebook.

If we don’t achieve real change 2020-2024, we could lose our democracy for generations.

says the 2016 tragedy happened because too many on the left were too complacent. We know them, all those people who always wore a fake cynicism as an excuse for their fecklessness, because voting "doesn't make any difference." According to her, the impossible happening smashed a lot of complacence, and that's why the blue wave was as big as it was.

Whoever becomes president becomes president, no long some state governor or senator most haven't heard of.

But we typically ignore state governments here, and those are if anything more important, not less. All powers not specifically designated to the federal government are reserved to the states, and those are huge. Whatever happens, there is no one central government to lose.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
