Where is Beto O'Rourke ?

Presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke visited Sioux City’s La Juanita Mexican restaurant Saturday morning. He was greeted by the owners and other patrons before speaking about his goals for America.

Among those topics, O’Rourke spoke about his hopes for higher education, gun control, and climate change.

Those in attendance of the meet-and-greet got the opportunity to share their hopes for the future of the country and discuss them with O’Rourke.

“Though some will try to demonize immigrants and make us afraid, we know for a fact that immigrants by their very presence make this country stronger and more successful and safer and more secure and so I’ll make sure I’ll elevate stories like this one and this family so that this country is reminded who we are at our best and that’s what we’re seeing here today,” said Beto O’Rourke.
