A question for those who are still undecided.

It's still early in the process, so I'm not surprised that among those who post in this forum, "undecided" has a higher percentage than any one candidate. But I'm guessing that, like me, other undecided folks have it somewhat narrowed down.

I'd be interested to know what candidates "undecided" people are seriously considering. May I ask anyone who is willing to list their top two or three choices?

And since I'm asking others, I feel obligated to answer my own question. My calculus could change, or events could upend things, but for some time now I haven't been able to see myself voting for anyone other than Sanders or Warren when my state has its primary.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Undecided

Definitely not Sanders or the vanity candidates (Williamson or Yang). Might consider Buttigieg or Booker if they get that far.

Harris, Buttigieg, and Klobuchar. I like many others… and I am open to be impressed by them in the future - maybe at a debate. Of your two, I would put Warren in my second three.

Discovered Booker years ago. Have liked him a long time.

Sanders is NOT a member of the democratic party.

Biden seems too old.

Mayor Pete is interesting, but young, not enuff national experience. Ditto Beto.

Klobacher and Gillibrand sorta interesting.

It's Warren/Biden/Harris in that order. I will listen to a newcomer like Bullock, but my choice is down to three at this time. I want more debates, particularly with Warren, Biden and Harris on the same stage.

The first debate wasn’t a debate...it was just a bunch of people on stage...twice. There are some I like better than others but why do I have to decide so early.

And I am not too fond of him.

The whole reason we are in this situation is because Obama appointed James Comey. I don't care how the history books have been written--I have no doubt that without Comey in the equation we would have destroyed Trump. Buttegieg strikes me as someone who would repeat Obama's worst mistake.

I realize that opinion is not terribly popular.

I also realize that the NY primary is next April, and anything can happen by then. And probably will, but, alas, I doubt Ms Klobuchar will still be around by then.

So, if that is a lost cause, I shall be quite happy to vote for Harris or Warren. The rest of them I'm not sure are up to the job.

so if it gets to NC with Mayor Pete and some combo of Harris, Biden, and Warren being in the lead positions with Sanders a distant 4th then I will probably vote for Mayor Pete to advance LGBT representation. If Sanders is in the mix for top two then I will vote for the other top two person most likely.
