Buttigieg quotes from the Bible as he comments on Pence's visit to Texas.

“Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.” (Heb 13:3)

Trump did not cause this crisis; he has exacerbated it with policies intended to be cruel and sadistic.

Trump enjoys the suffering he has caused -- and continues to cause -- because it strengthens his hold on his racist base; but also because, sadly, it allows him to use his "power" to cause horrible suffering on a people he despises. He presides over the suffering like an icy-hearted abusive parent, wielding a belt on its terrified and cowering child. In addition to his many other psychological ills, our president is a sadist -- not merely a bully.

But Pence! Pence still proclaims Jesus Christ even while actively and publicly enabling the evil that his boss lays on the most helpless of people. It is difficult to say which of the two is most guilty of damnable immorality in this situation: the cruel leader who has made little effort to disguise his racial animus; or the white haired "christian" who willingly serves and enables him while proclaiming the ultimate goodness of god?

'The Epistle to the Hebrews, or Letter to the Hebrews, or in the Greek manuscripts, simply To the Hebrews ( ??ὸ? Ἑ???ί??? is one of the books of the New Testament. ... It has also been described as an intricate New Testament book. Scholars believe it was written for Jewish Christians who lived in Jerusalem.'

Shouldn't you all have it sorted out by now? I mean, you've had hundreds and hundreds of years to figure out what True Christianity is.
