1. I think the deadline

is July 15th, at that point, we'll all know who did what. Pete Buttigieg is probably going to be the overall winner of the second quarter, but he's hit a snag with the stuff going down in South Bend. I expect Sen. Harris to give him a run for his money, if you'll pardon the expression, in the third quarter.

It will be interesting to see if Sen. Warren has improved much over her first quarter numbers.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

but most of the quarter occurred before the debate, back when Sen. Harris was in single digits in the polls. She knew the quarter's total would be modest, so she stressed how much she pulled in after the debate, which was a significant number. It would not surprise me if her third quarter numbers were much better, and since her tactics worked, I expect others to attempt them.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

that they reached whatever goal they had set.

The 9 million + he got in the first quarter was raised in only 18 days. So, as much as many want to see it be a low number, they will be very, very disappointed I'm sure.
