But in that same interview, before and after that Quote, Bernie described various federal gun control laws he had voted for and he described areas where federal gun control laws were appropriate. The quote taken out of context implies that Bernie opposes federal gun control laws. In context it is clear he does support many federal gun control laws. I listened to the interview at reddit but cant figure out how to create a link to it, sorry.

The implication behind Rachel's question was misleading, and the quote was taken out of context. It was an unfair "gotcha" attempt.
Rachel should be better than that.
