(1,184 posts)I know a lot of these candidates are doing a lot to break through, not to mention get any airtime, but interruptions and talking WELL past the cut-off is really damn annoying. There's a lot of decency in the simple fact of saying, "My time has expired," and shows he's not up there to grandstand. It may not be great television, but after listening to Kirsten Gillibrand and Eric Swalwell (and Bill DeBlasio last night) inject themselves when questions were posed to others, Biden's old school tack was welcome.

(47,649 posts)I feel the same way. I know during these debates, occasionally someone will interrupt without being called on, but tonight it got just ridiculous. I am more inclined to remember the rudeness than I am to remember what they actually said.
Biden was being courteous and respectful.
