8. It's a concentrated effort in image, leadership and management style.

She is like her boss as many of those surrounding him are. It does tell a story. Last time around he was looking to broaden his coalition. This time around he is having difficulty holding his base. These hires were to keep them happy. Not to appeal to you average democratic voter.
