Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forumNina Turner is a divisive person.
I just don't see how having her at the front of a campaign helps Sanders.
If I am not mistaken she voted for Jill Stein. How is that helpful to democrats?

People getting the vapors over Bernie Sanders is getting old and a little divisive.
"In 2016, she was also offered the role of vice presidential running mate by Jill Stein, the presidential nominee of the Green Party, but declined, saying "I believe that the Democratic Party is worth fighting for."[1] In 2017, Turner became president of the Sanders-affiliated group Our Revolution. On February 21, 2019, Turner was named a national co-chair of Sanders's 2020 campaign.[2]"

"Sen. Bernie Sanders signed a pledge, required under new Democratic National Committee rules, that declared he was a Democrat and would serve as one if elected president,"

In the particular situation that the OP sites here, I think the poll numbers reflect that people are much wiser this time around, and are not swayed by the same divisionary rhetoric
