Question about Beto's Senate race: what were his solid policy positions?

I didn't get involved in his race (he was raising enough money so he didn't need mine) so I didn't track it that closely. What substance did he offer in his campaign message? I watched RUNNING TO WIN and don't remember any details coming out of that either.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
