... that he has a gift for succinctness. He hones his thoughts into a few very understandable words. If you didn't watch, then be assured that for some of us his impact is not reflected in these stats.

I see info here and in other posts about amount of speaking time and number of words, but I'm interested in the moderators' decisions.

Also, I've seen references to "rules" that suggest number of questions might be tied to poll standings. Is that true?
