Did Harris just rule out a VP run with Biden

I’ve seen a lot of posts here saying that they think Biden/Harris would be a strong ticket.
However, Harris was very critical of Biden after the latest dustup over getting along with the segregationists.
Was what she said about Biden disqualifying for her to become his VP should she not win the prez nomination and Biden does?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

The only strongly sizable Democratic districts are Dallas and Harris Counties, & maybe Bexar County (Austin).

The KKK headquarters is in southeast Texas. That entire area will vote Republican. West TX is strongly Republican (Bush had his oil bizness there).

The little gap she has between her front teeth is kinda cute (much like David Letterman) and her being a little overweight makes her very relatable, I think, to the average person.
Plus she is wicked smart and gives a great stump speech.

it got started, so it doesn’t really count.

I don’t think any of the leaders are running for veep.

Nor is the selection of a VP terribly important. It rarely helps to win an election, but it can help lose one. So generally the rule is to pick somebody you can put on a shelf until the election is over.

Bush Sr. was the exception because too many voters loved Reagan and they thought that they would get Reagan third term.

Yes we can debate that Gore did win but in reality a sitting V.P. has to, on the one hand associate himself/herself with a, presumable a successful administration. On the other hand has to distance himself/herself from any scandal - and each administration has something. But, mostly, builds a new own person.

We talk here about "likable" or "personable." I don't find Harris personable. Yes, she performed well when interrogated Barr. The real prosecutor. There was nothing likable about her there.

But, if she does not win this round, she will have plenty of time to build herself. Right now she is known as a touch prosecutor and AG from CA - a place not too attractive to many voters. And a freshman senator. But she will have plenty of time to introduce herself.

And they would work well with him should he win the nominee. There is a lot of common ground between them all.

He understands it’s “just politics”. Single digit polling candidates are going to attack the front runner. Biden doesn’t seem to hold grudges like say Donald Trump.
