** NEW ** Quinnipiac Poll (A- Rated) * Florida * Joseph Biden leads Trump by 9 points

In an early look at the 2020 presidential race in Florida, former Vice President Joseph Biden leads President Donald Trump 50 - 41 percent, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today.

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders leads President Trump 48 - 42 percent, the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University Poll finds. Matchups between Trump and other leading Democratic contenders are too close to call:
Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren at 47 percent to Trump's 43 percent;
California Sen. Kamala Harris at 45 percent to Trump's 44 percent;
Former Texas U.S. Rep. Beto O'Rourke at 45 percent to Trump's 44 percent;
44 percent for South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg to 43 percent for Trump

That would be a clear sign that things were turning around.

Of course, on Election night, Florida is always the last state announced. They always seem to be late counting ballots there. I guess they're waiting to see how the count should turn out or something.

We need a blowout not only to ensure the win but to foil any hijinks at the polls and/or with the machines. Much easier to cheat when the margins are slim. The Republicans have been quite willing to bend law and practice in their own direction. 2020 won't be any different.

done in, it will be by his own, so far trying pretty hard.
And of course, any of the Dem candidates could get a surprise from the Trump camp, which now includes “our” attorney general, and which is effectively keeping IC at bay so we can not depend on Trump crimes seeing the light of day.
Oh, and his open invitation for Oppo research, but again, any candidate will be a target.

But let’s think about the assault on Obama via making Reverend Wright an issue.
The most liberal of news hosts were chawing on that YouTube video, which gave an entirely false impression of Wright’s actual speech, news cycle after news cycle.
He overcame.
He also had a grass roots online army, a unit of which was called “media watch,” which debunked
and countered disinformation. Also, same group organized boycotts of advertisers, wrote to newspapers across the country, wrote to news producers and hosts.
