Biden's Experience is Helping him more than the Electability Argument

the electability argument mostly started after he started to do well in polls and how it has held even through any controversy that has come up. We will see later on how the recent debate on abortion might have affected his numbers.

But it's experience that is really helping him because people see him as the one that can start doing the job on day one. And the need for this more than any other election year because of everything that Trump is destroying .

So a more effective argument the other candidates can make to challenge Biden would be experience .

I believe this is why Elizabeth Warren has been rising in the polls. She talks a lot about issues and what she is going to do so people are starting to see her as someone who is ready to get to work and already has plans and ideas in how to do it.

Experience is also why Obama picked Biden to be VP . It wasn't because he could help bring in votes in any region of the country. It was more to add experience to the Obama Presidential Ticket in November.

those who want to challenge Biden need to do the same.

They need to convince people they are ready to be President .

both is why I'm supporting Biden.

I saw how well he was doing even before he entered the race, and then when after all the ways his critics have tried to bring him down.. he was only getting stronger in the polls.. I changed my candidate to Biden originally in show of support against the attacks.

I started thinking about how much experience he's had as VP and.. ".. Biden was a long-time member and former chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee." Two vital qualifications to start immediately after being Inaugurated.

Yes! The urgency of beginning to right our ship on the very first day.. not a moment to lose.

President Obama had a tough job when he was handed the bush-cheney recession. trump inherited a good economy.. and is subsequently squandering everything in sight.. according to putin's plan to destabilize America. I can't even imagine 4 more years of trump destroying America and the Planet.

My main goal, along with so many others', is to beat trump.. just get him out. I don't think the above sounds like too crazy of a plan given our current information.

Thank you, JI7, for your OP.

Maybe after we apologize to France, England, Mexico, etc Biden could start to smooth things over faster than most of the other candidates.

Canada!

Apologize Yes!.. I'm sure Biden has had good relations with the leaders of these countries, like President Obama and Hillary has had, and still does on some levels.. before trump started intentionally pissing them off like the orange psycho he is.

Our beautiful allies who don't have dictators.

Warren is all about the 21st century. Joe may be understanding that he needs to get out of the past and into the future, his 180 on the Hyde amendment shows he may be adapting.
