Biden says impeachment of Trump could happen 'very quickly'

CONCORD, N.H. -- Former Vice President Joe Biden – in some of his strongest language to date – argued that Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives who are investigating allegations Republican President Donald Trump obstructed justice are getting stonewalled and impeachment proceedings “could come up very quickly.”

Biden, the clear front-runner right now in the race for the Democratic nomination, made his comments in an interview Tuesday with the Monitor, following a town hall-style gathering in Berlin. The former vice president capped his day in the First-in-the-Nation presidential primary state with an event at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers state headquarters in Concord.

Biden said there may be no alternative but to move toward an impeachment hearing as congressional Democrats vow to investigate the findings of special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia report.

Biden told the Monitor that House Democrats are getting stonewalled and argued they have a duty to act.

the country should get prepared for impeachment proceedings to begin.

However I have no hope for the brainless, heartless and spineless Republicans to do the right thing and actually convict him, nor even for many Reps to vote for impeachment in the House.

Our own village idiot, Duncan Hunter, just voted against wildfire disaster relief funding to help firestorm victims in California. He surely should have empathy for fire victims, since his own father's house -- the one Duncan was raised in -- burned to the ground in the 2003 Cedar Fire.

If these morons will side with Trump over the most vital interests in their own state, they will side with Trump-Russia against impeaching and convicting the traitorous Trump as well.

But we should still go forward, to expose the crimes as fully as possible to the American people, no matter what that means for the next election, because it is the Constitutional duty of Congress to do so and if we do not impeach this utterly lawless, corrupt and treasonous president, we may as well give up on ever impeaching anyone.

I don't think either one of them would have done this without consulting with Nancy.

They're helping to pave the way.

Nixon and Clinton never had to go to the voters again when they were under threat of impeachment. Trump does. Easiest way to get him out is boot him out, then criminal charges can follow once he is not protected by the apparatus of his government.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
