Bernie Sanders supporters to host party in Beverly
Area Bernie Sanders supporters will host a party featuring the Orville Giddings Band and an “Open Mic Speak Out” at 7 p.m. Jan. 15 at the Italian Community Center, 300 Rantoul St., Beverly.
The group is in preparation for the final push before the New Hampshire primary on Feb. 9 and the Massachusetts primary on March 1.
This event is sponsored by Bernie North Shore, Cape Ann for Bernie, Labor for Bernie, Lynn for Bernie, Marbleheaders for Bernie Sanders and Swampscott for Bernie. Donations of any amount will be accepted at the door. For information, email bernieNorthShore@gmail.com.
