Related: About this forum10 Ways Bernie Sanders Dominated in December
1. After delivering his strongest debate performance yet, Bernie Sanders won every online poll that asked viewers to pick a winner from the third Democratic contest.
2. He now holds a commanding lead over Hillary Clinton in the key state of New Hampshire and continues to gain momentum in Iowa.
3. Sanders won the readers' poll for TIME Person of the Year, topping Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Pope Francis and other world leaders.
4. He earned endorsements from Ronda Rousey, Killer Mike, Leonardo DiCaprio, Danny DeVito, Will Ferrell, Sarah Silverman and Dr. Cornel West.
5. He also secured an important endorsement from the Communications Workers of America union, a group of over 700,000 workers.
6. Sanders then scored big with an unprecedented endorsement from the progressive group, Democracy for America. This marks the first time in history that Democracy for America has endorsed a presidential candidate in the primaries.
7. Last week, Sanders received the final dollars he needed to break a historic milestone. The senator officially hit two million individual campaign contributions, a feat that no other U.S. presidential candidate has achieved at this point in an election.
* To put that number in context, Barack Obama's historic 2008 campaign managed to break just one million contributions. Sanders literally has twice what Obama had. Not only that, but Sanders reached two million faster than President Obama reached one.

I said Hillary has a lot of support in the AA community. All I got was a sour face. He said black people like her husband, not her. She inherited his support, but it is not solid.
TIME TO PANIC
(1,894 posts)5. Yep.
The polls and the pundits don't reflect what I see everyday in the real world.

TIME TO PANIC
(1,894 posts)7. Absolutely, and they've made a crucial mistake by making it so obvious.
They have lost the little credibility they had.
