(1) Todd is less accusative/inflammatory in his questioning.

(2) Bernie has become more practiced in not taking any crap from him - i.e. not allowing him to misrepresent his statements or talking over him.

K&R for Bernie confirming his earlier statement: "Don't under-estimate me."
