I only remember him from one election, so didn't know he was a "perpetual" runner, but a lot of us loved him - if you think about it, a lot is encapsulated in that one sentence. And it's true - and NOT just in NYC - i live in a small upstate city and rents here are also out of reach.

Speaking to people about what effects their everyday lives most is never a bad idea.
