He has been fighting the righteous fight since long ago.

I don't even know how he does it. There is no way I could listen to these pompous asshole and call them 'my friend' for more than a few minutes.

Also, want to say how relieved I am that David Drier is long gone. That asshole use to be my friggen representative. What a bore. I can't believe anyone ever supported him.

...but he hasn't. He's one of the last good guys standing in DC. It would have been easy to give up hope.

I think he's running for President, because he knows that the vast majority of our politicians are bought-and-paid for--and that there is no longer any hope for them.

I think Sanders has decided that it's a lost cause to try and change corrupt people who want to continue to be corrupt---and instead he's putting his faith, efforts and hope in the American people.

It's rather embarrassing really, that our elected representatives have betrayed us so egregiously--and that the system is so rotten from the inside out--that the only way to reclaim our democracy is for someone to go outside the system and bring in reinforcements.

Imagine, they hardly mention the corruption on TV even though it is all around us. We are supposed to be fine with it.
