Yes that is fantastic news. The bad news is that it was necessary to do that. If someone is running as a Democrat they should be able to be on the ballot let the voters decide if they should be there or not.

i figured if you were runing as a dem you would automatically be on the ballot in all 50 states. does Hillary have to do this ?
