Bernie Sanders
Related: About this forumC-SPAN callers love Bernie
There was a call-in show on C-SPAN this afternoon for a discussion of the Democratic candidates for President in 2016,
but most callers just wanted to talk about Bernie Sanders.
Many callers on the Democratic phone line said they had been Clinton supporters but, after listening to Bernie, they were switching their loyalty
to Sanders.
Many callers on the GOP phone line said they were switching party allegiance so the could vote for Bernie in the primaries.
Some callers complained that Hillary is now going around spouting Bernies policies, as if they were hers ~
as if to say: Im the female Bernie - vote for me!"

(12,388 posts)Of my many repug friends, they have taken the facebook quiz and they have been named as Democrats according to their desired political outcomes. They don't want to admit it, but they do acknowledge that that they want equality and women's rights and that they believe in global warming.
Sadly, in this country we believe in sports teams, and they are slow to leave their team for another, but IT IS happening.

(5,400 posts)The comments section of the New York Times regarding Sanders (and O'Malley) was off the hook in support of him. And these posters genuinely sounded like regular readers, and real Democrats.
