CONCORD, N.H. It only took six weeks for the Bernie Sanders presidential campaign to outgrow its headquarters in New Hampshire.
The Sanders team will move their state headquarters next week from its current location in a modest strip mall on Manchester Road on the south side of Concord to larger offices on the east side of Manchester.
...
The Sanders campaign opened the Concord office, their first and only location in the state to date, in early July. The location will become a regional office next week, after the headquarters is moved to Manchester.
Were ramping up our campaign. Were hiring new staff every day. Were opening new offices, Kurt Ehrenberg said. Things are going extremely well.
....
Our volunteers dont just want to come out and see the candidate. They actually want to work for Bernie because Bernie instills this terrific enthusiasm in them, Ehrenberg added.
The national campaign has been fundraising over the New Hampshire survey results. "This is the first poll that shows us in the lead," campaign manager Jeff Weaver wrote in a message to supporters Wednesday, "but it won't be the last."

(18,791 posts)Office in a strip mail...well that's not the same as two floors of the "Morgan Stanley Building" in Brooklyn Height, for an other candidate!
Speaking of offices, I hunted and hunted to see where the local Democratic Action Center was in the area...usually has been one in Torrance, CA...finally found the address. Swung by on Tuesday, after getting my teeth cleaned...oh...wait...
The address is a wedding dress shop. I went in and they said...oh, it was here years ago and that it's old information...people come in occasionally looking for it.
Way to go DNC.

(28,941 posts)Plymouth would be good - university town and just about dead center of the state. Manchester is a long haul for anyone living north of Plymouth. It's over a hundred miles around trip.
If they do, I'm there.

(9,214 posts)Why I read right here on the DU that Bernie has to be going broke. I was told that having all of these huge rallies cost so much that he must be losing money by having them.
