We grandparents can be a force to be reckoned with.

1. I don't think I've ever had this much fun during primary campaign season.

Then again, I was never on board with a group where I did not have to defend every cheerful post I made about my candidate.

7. I haven't been to the colliseum

since 1994. I was there, at the very top, for a Raiders/Broncos football game. It was sold out. It was a thriller, going into overtime before the Raiders pulled it out, overcoming a 17 point deficit and beating Elway.

I hope there are even more people there this evening, that it is a bigger thrill, and that we are again victorious.
