(11,795 posts)I live in a small college town in a weird little state. People are really energized in my town, so we'll see what happens. I have a hard time doing large social things, as I have major social anxiety, so I'm not sure how much I'll contribute besides doing small gatherings. But it was fun and I love Bernie's message. I'm a university professor with a ton of debt from 13 years of state university education. I see my students falling into tons of debt as well, with poor paying job prospects. I know he cannot solve these problems along, but he is the best chance for a jumpstart to something great!
