Important info about July 29 Volunteer Organizing Events
I asked Bermie's staff if Event/Meeting Hosts would get a copy of the information that volunteers filled out at the event: via their cell phones, a laptop or on paper and how long he would speak. This is their reply:
"Bernie will be speaking for about a half an hour.
The host will not receive the volunteer info given during sign-up. If you wish to collect this information you may do so independently with the attendees consent. Thank you for your support!"
Our facebook group has already been tabling and collecting volunteer information, contact info and what they would like to do to help his campaign. So we already have info for over 50 volunteers.
I will be having guests fill out our volunteer opportunity form so we can contact and utilize those guests that do want to help before Bernie has headquarters set up way out here in California.
So if you are a host be sure to collect volunteer information on your own, and if you are attending an event be sure to notify the host that they will NOT have access to the data volunteers give Bernie's staff.
