Sanders Statement on Sexual Assault Allegation Against Kavanaugh

BURLINGTON, Vt., Sept. 16 – U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) issued the following statement Sunday in regard to Professor Christine Blasey Ford's allegation of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh:
"The allegation from Professor Christine Blasey Ford is a serious one that deserves a full investigation. Neither the Judiciary Committee nor the full Senate should vote on Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court until that takes place."
