our insane status quo! And how lucky we are that he had the fortitude to face up to this in order to get the message out. It got a startlingly popular reception, so here's hoping the message continues to stick in our cultural psyche, and that he continues to get airtime.

learning about the holocaust and his family, and witnessing any injustice even in his childhood.

It's so starkly evident that he is all about the message. Which is why it was especially hurtful when he was criticized for being in it for his ego.

Seeing beyond that, it's easier not to fuel the negativity of injustice. That's Bernie at his core.
