CNN: With party divided, Clinton doesn't rule out Sanders as VP pick

http://www.cnn.com/2016/05/19/politics/hillary-clinton-bernie-sanders-vice-president/

Washington (CNN)Hillary Clinton didn't rule out Wednesday picking her Democratic presidential primary challenger, Bernie Sanders, from serving as her vice president.

"I won't get into that," she told CNN's Chris Cuomo in an exclusive interview, when asked if giving Sanders a spot on the ticket would help bring the party together.

She also declined to answer if Sanders was in consideration for the No. 2 slot.

NBC and ABC are really hard to take. MSNBC was okay until they fired Phil Donahue, after that, good bye to a loser.

Not happening.

I highly doubt Bernie would stoop so low as to be her VP. He has principles.

Tactful as always, said he didn't think he'd been vetted and then mentioned progressive aspects of the Dem. Party. I can't see Bernie on this ticket, but you never know. Tim Kaine of Va. has been mentioned again also.

Hillary would sideline him if chosen and he accepted. Hillary needs someone she can lean on and not be seen as a critic of her policies. She would be seen by her most vocal supporters as capitulating to the left.

Bernie will not be a person who will play second fiddle and relegated to cutting ribbons for new corporations and post offices.

Desperation time for Hillary. Just like when she was talking about Obama as VP in 2008. The fact that Hillary needed Obama or Sanders, but not the other way around, should speak volumes.

She is so beholden to moneyed interests she cannot possibly adopt Bernie's platform. It's simply not possible.
