There's a guy on twitter who is trying to recruit a group of 50 from each state to go to Philly to cause real damage.
His name on twitter is Alex Verba and here is his delightful little tweet:



What a charmer, eh? Someone else pointed him out and I asked if he had been reported on yet.

Now he's saying it was a joke. No one's laughing.
