I'm afraid my husband has reached his limit. He thinks this country is hopeless, corrupt, etc. He just left to go upstairs to watch hockey. He's pissed!
Edited to say: He thinks it's clear both the media and our party are corrupt.

(34,111 posts)removed himself from the party and is now unaffiliated. I will likely be joining him soon. I have been unaffiliated for most of the last 16 years. No more DNC mail would be nice. I can just as easily support Dems from this position as I can from the party whose leadership I do not respect or care for and have not for some time. I like being able to support a candidate without having to deal with all the rest of it.
I know, a traitor and foul independent, someone without dignity or right to belong to DU (wrong, at least it always has been OK to be a free lance liberal as long as you follow the rules).
