Do you think Bernie will ever get the respect he is due, from the party? Honestly...

I ask, because another upset person just fled the scene, and, well...I can't be sure, because i don't know them, but they seem to not understand everything that is actually going on all around us...All of this stuff is being talked about (rarely, though I will admit) in all manner of form of media- mainstream, cable, talk radio, internet radio shows, internet chat forums, Youtube shows, Facebook, Twitter, on and on. But somehow, DU is the problem? I don't appreciate the attack on DU.

Well, hot cool, and it's fun.

As for the party.... I dunno, Carter never got the respect he was due, neither did Gore. Obama had it for a bit.

Bill was the party fave because he had so many pleebs believing he was progressive, but was really going for the gold.

The Democratic party has demonstrated that its entire establishment is on the take from the investment banks and war profiteers.

There isn't a single supporter of the establishment candidate that gives a flying fuck that the candidate is tight with Kagan, Kissinger, and the Bush clan. Not one of them. And that's the establishment candidate, the anointed one. Anointed by the entire MSM.

In fact the question is ludicrous.

And the MSM worked it so it's Clinton vs Trump, a racist fucker who wants to abolish the federal minimum wage altogether, all the while pretending that he has more in common with Bernie than with Hitler. No, the people who brought this on don't respect anybody, least of all Bernie Sanders.

the current arrangement of greasy palms and a revolving door with the private
sector connections.
But Bernie has worked within this system for a very long time and I'm sure
he has his allies, though he seems a rare bird.

I think he's got a lot working against him but he is serving as a bellwether for gauging
just how angry and fed up people are. So whether there is, as a result,
greater resistance or there is at least some attempt to appease the peasants
lest there be an uprising, is unclear. The entire election process is very vulnerable to
manipulation and we've already seen so many signs of resistance. So I'm guessing
there is more where that came from.

There has, for many years, been an enormous effort by our government all over the world, to knock out any leftist oriented governments and leaders so having that occurring here at home doesn't bode well for any easy or REAL transition in that general direction. And what makes it even more volatile is that this sort of discontent is happening in many places around the
world at once. But this is what change looks like. It's rarely pretty or easy or 'linear'.
And those who feel called to lead the change have no illusions about the mountain they have to
climb....nor should we.

- bernie can deal with it - he knows he has all of us standing with him. it is not a one day or one circumstance "thing".

many of us are familiar with the many levels of disrespect, too - on the job, in our communities, at school, any business transaction, socially, etc..

we, who "know" are committed to doing our part alongside bernie - throughout this election and long after it is over.

i'm doing it for my neighbors, the planet and our future generations of kids.

I am committed to making these changes, no matter how long it takes. The world is changing much faster than old-school politics is. No wonder there have been "Springs" around the world. Perhaps this is ours. If not, there is sure to be one coming....

when we know truth we cannot do anything less. keep a strong heart. we are going to have to keep the vision alive and real - remember to instill it in small ways and big ways with your tribe or community - it helps keep us sane and true and the flame alive.
above all else, keep a strong heart
