A post on Bernie's FB page...

Just saw this text in the post:

"One year ago today, with your support and the support of millions of people throughout this country, we began a political revolution to transform our country economically, politically, socially and environmentally.

So far we've won 17 primaries and caucuses and amassed 1,350 delegates to this summer’s Democratic National Convention. We've set fundraising records with 7.3 million donations. And we are drawing the biggest crowds for any presidential candidate.

With 14 more contests yet to cast their votes, our job right now is not only to transform our country, but the Democratic Party as well. Talk to your friends and family about our campaign, visit my website and volunteer and donate, and together, we're gonna take our country back from the billionaire class."

Thought it was good for a dose of perspective...pretty damned good actually.

Go Bernie!

our last chance to save the country and PLANET from Oligarchs.

Bernie has done so well, if he has this stolen from him - the Internet will be taken over by TPTB. Never again will a candidate be allowed to amass so much power and threaten their sham of a government.

The entire social safety net will be privatized, prisons for profit will be expanded, minimum wage most likely lowered, our climate will worsen because the oligarchs don't care if the planet is destroyed, healthcare and insurance will continue to skyrocket and more and more jobs will be shipped overseas thanks to Obama's TPP. And don't get me started on the endless wars and probable WWIII. It would be a NIGHTMARE.

Bernie must be our president or our future is very, very dim.

PEACE
LOVE
BERNIE

8. He started his campaign on my daddy's 85th birthday. (Not that he knew, or anything!)

Yesterday, Daddy turned 86, a victory for us as he has a bone marrow disease that generally kills the sufferer within five years after diagnosis. We're in year three, and hoping for many more good years with the patriarch of our family.

Having Bernie continue to fight so hard for us means that there is hope for everyone in the future, and with luck Daddy will be here to see it. The last time anything like this happened, he was a baby/young child and FDR was president.

9. Every delegate we win burns the hearts of those

Every delegate we win burns the hearts of those who want to keep the status quo that enriches them.

Every delegate we win is a "No" vote for disrespecting the Social Security trust fund. Every delegate we win says we reject the idea that the Middle East is a box of Legos from which to construct, and then later destroy, regimes based on little more than political opportunism. Every delegate we win says the nation doesn't just exist to serve the 1%, it exists to provide a land for all of us.

Every delegate we win is a goad in the side of the establishment, and they help ensure that the campaign's message can't be ignored or easily forgotten.
