He wants Bernie to lead the organizing, but why can't we do it?

(62 posts)I was sort of thinking of capturing the Democratic Party like the Tea Partiers have captured the Republicans. One way or another, we need a group to vote for so that the Third Way Dems can't think "They'll vote for us because where else are they going to go? And we are the lesser of two evils, etc."
Our movement must go on!

(2,450 posts)One thing the article left out, the Tea Party had the backing of some very reclusive, but eventually outed, billionaires with their own agenda. They had the money to make the splash they did in such a short amount of time. I am not sure the left has something similar, but we are smarter, better educated and more resourceful, I am certain it can be done.
