Always follow the money in Brooklyn the story of a Brownstone and the voter purge

Last edited Sun Apr 24, 2016, 12:10 PM - Edit history (2)

Well this is an interesting coincidence

New York Election Fraud can be understood by following the money: (Always, always follow the money) This is U.S. Rep. Nita Lowey endorsing Hillary Clinton (Previously she supported Paul Ryan)

Here is Brooklyn Chief Clerk (Republican) Diane Hasslet-Rudiano getting suspended:

video and story

Oh look! Here's an article on her selling her dilapidated house that she purchased for $5000.00 and then sold to "Holliswood 76 LLC", headed by Dana Lowey Luttway, a developer and daughter of U.S. Rep. Nita Lowey (D, N.Y.) for 6.6 million.

Diane Haslett-Rudiano owned 118 West 76th Street, a brownstone that she purchased in 1976 for $5,000. She never rented or moved into the property letting it fall into an abysmal state of disrepair. In the September of 2014 the property was purchased from Diane Haslett-Rudiano in a private sale by Holliswood 76 LLC, headed by Dana Lowey Luttway, a developer and daughter of U.S. Rep. Nita Lowey (D, N.Y.) for the incredible price of $6.6 million. The average list price for similar properties, that are not in an abysmal state of disrepair, are about 4.7 million.

Checking some of this out, Holliswood 76 LLC did make the top donation allowed to the HRC campaign and stories back up the sale. So the woman gets rid of a lot of voters in the neighborhood where Bernie grew up and then gets to retire with $6.6 million, way more than her property was worth.
It was also listed for $1.5mill in 4/2013 and promptly removed 2 months later, only to be bought the next year for over 4 times that amount.. .

check the history of the property.

Its all just a coincidence between a republican and a democrat
playing money games with property and voting.

Gee and think in the 70s you could have purchased that Brownstone
for the price of a new AMC Matador and a ford pinto

means it's so deteriorated inside the FDNY should not enter if there's a fire.

Another Building Code.

Q. I often notice yellow squares, about one foot on a side, spray-painted on the facade of vacant buildings. Sometimes the square has a single diagonal slash through the middle, sometimes two, forming an X. What do these symbols indicate, and whom are they for?

Still supports privatizing Social Security and enriching corporate donors but gets to help make history!

Big problem in Florida. When you can't understand why a board member seems to play all sides, it isn't too difficult to find out why if they are in the real estate business. Just look up the properties own by members of the other side and you can discover the names of the questionable board members popping up as realtors for the sale of property for family members of the opposing side.

06/20/13 Listing removed $1,500,000
04/21/13 Listed for sale $1,500,000

Soooo...
Listed for $1.5MM in 2013.
Sold the following year for $6.6MM.

Sounds legit, nothing to see here....move along!

If it was a Bernie haven of votes, I would be pissed if I lived there. Because this is obvious example of criminal behavior that results in disenfranchisement.

What I find in a quick search is that their personal relationship is one of friendship but that's not uncommon in Congress. Ted Kennedy got along well with people like Bob Dole and Orrin Hatch.

Politically, Lowey has certainly not supported Ryan. Here's her statement when Romney picked him as his running mate:

"The Romney-Ryan vision is wrong for New York's middle class and working families.

"Mitt Romney's selection of Rep. Paul Ryan as his running mate shows he is fully committed to House Republicans' extreme policies. The Ryan budget - which I opposed - would end Medicare as we know it by turning it into a voucher program that will increase seniors' out-of-pocket costs by more than $6,000 per year. It would gut investments critical to middle-class and working New Yorkers while giving tax cuts to the highest-income individuals.

"Joe Carvin, my opponent - who says Paul Ryan is his hero - must explain to Westchester and Rockland County voters his support for a plan that would end Medicare as we know it and shift more of the burden on middle-class and working Americans."

So she blasted Ryan's policies and parlayed that into an attack on her own 2012 opponent.
