Have any of you watched Confirmation on HBO - the story of Anita Hill's confirmation?

When you do watch it, remember that it was David Brock, yes THAT
David Brock that helped smear Anita Hill.

I'm too tired right now to delve into this to refresh your memory, or to educate those that are not familiar with the story, so here's some twitter postings for now...

I'd worked with exactly the same type of guys, and so of course had millions of others. Hill described behavior that was very common back then. It still is these days, but also it's a lot easier to get yourself fired for in now.

At least that's what I read on DU.

Yesterday I watched Anita: Speaking Truth to Power. It brought me to tears. The Senate (of mostly older white men) acted shamefully, including Joe Biden. I have so much respect & admiration for this courageous woman.
