I think a lot of just the labor is local, but all the stages lately have looked the same, the banners are all in the same place etc.. He has a good road crew. Probably 2 crews, alternating sites. 1 is putting it up while people are attending the other one, and tear it down and move it to the new place while the second one is being done.
