Keeping Up With The State Delegate Count-Before and After the State, County Tiers, and Convention

Votes.

Here is New York before the vote on April 19, 2016. It will change very little to not at all (in some states) until the Second Tier or Third Tier or the State Democratic Convention.

Here is Wyoming. It is still the same as it was February 26, 2016 even though the first vote has been taken. Scroll on down to see what the entire process will be.

Arizona shows a Popular Vote count, but does that include the provisional ballot information too?

Hope this helps. Media Reports that are based on early delegate counts do not reflect the real standings. MSM uses past information and the Hillary Victory Fund statics to justify their reports and to suppress the enthusiasm of the Bernie Campaign and claim that Clinton is winning.

Adding: The DNC rules from DWS make the Democratic Party look Toxic and Unfair toward its voters. DNC rules are part of the process that is read as one scrolls down the green paper on each state.
