If only because support of the Clintons no matter the spread is like a guttering candle. Labor papers seem to walllow in vague angst that buried the loyalty, nostalgia or fear or favors owed or whatever in a disappearing whine about the incredible crisis facing the economy, the unions etc. etc. Ah but the Clintons control, they expect, they hammer down what they paid for. They disappear the coverage even of their own to freeze frame the "inevitable", "you better not cross us" hideously transparent subtext. I expect union leaders and community organizers, even those who back Sanders(as in other states) will be put on the job of herding bewitched bothered and bewildered low info voters to the polls. The only way she can win.

It is a mess trying to figure enough out to get at the actual voters' mood. She is not popular upstate. Is. Isn't. She can't get the enthusiasm that you see some starry eyed amazing GOP voter drooling over Cruz or Kasich. Which, hey, is a good thing in her favor.
It's the silent majority thing. The fear is soft, the hope is soft, the preference is soft, the woman issue is only effective if it is stronger than the candidate herself! Nixon needed the hate, the racism, the sold core worst side of the electorate- which in truth is a whopping bigger number than I can fathom.

The media hangs over this like a vulture, like the proverbial Iron Curtain. All I can tell you there is zero excitement for HRC. But it's like legions of the walking dead and the haute bougeoisie afraid of Sanders showing their numbers to cow the peasants. Blowing smoke on any weak issue until they get past their crisis.

Fear, favors, owing someone the presidency. The test of NY is twofold. The Twilight Clintons have up to this point owned the state. The entire state organization and Wall Street gods are in the bag. Now what will the voters actually do? In hindsight they will say it was this or that, maybe the debate, that let Sanders win out. The truth is that New York is ripe for a fall.

... he's campaigning wheelies around her in New York. All she seems to be able to do now is stick her foot in her mouth. Or Bill sticks his foot in her mouth. Yeah, I think the Clinton's are doing themselves in as each day passes while Bernie and Jane Sanders run around like Energizer bunnies drawing huge crowds wherever they go.
