My, my, my... Camp Weathervane is seriously having conniptions. Their inner numbers for NY must

Be crashing hard!

All the nonstop attacks on Bernie's Vatican invite
Morphing into unrelenting attacks on HOW he will fly there
To the "stupidity" of leaving the campaign trail
To the heinousness of the Catholic church (sex abuse!)
To "How Many Women Are In the Upper Echelon of the Catholic Church?" Oh the misogeny
To Will Bernie Confront The Pope on GLBT

They are becoming completely unhinged....

He turned out some large crowds and even impressed non Catholics. Of course the visit to the Vatican has political overtones and political sour grapes is so satisfying and convinces no one but the weak minded.

"I bet that burns the 1% and those pimping for them!"

I think that sentiment still holds true.

I mean, I wonder how Hillary will treat those who backed Bernie after all. Her revenge streak seems a mile wide while I don't suspect Bernie will hold a grudge.
Additionally, I think Hillary only gives a shit about becoming President so she can increase her speaker fees and possibly put her name in the history books.

I'd long guessed anticatholicism would surge, especially once we were bored with the Muslims: Gohmert said we shouldn't listen to theocrats on science and Trump supporters say the Pope's the Antichrist

the usual Victorian fairy tales about Bruno and Constantine and Galileo and Columbus have been baked into US culture, and while people have deployed them against the Protestant fundies they've always been bobbing around

To go to the Vatican. Just to get used to it before he's president
