Crazy Laughter in the CNN Snip of Hillary's in reply to Jake Tapper. I don't know if she repeated it on MSNBC in her interview this a.m. But, it was very "off putting" to hear her repeat what many find offensive about her when she is caught offguard by a question.

And, it does call attention to whether this is the Image that our Dem Voters want to hear going forward,

I guess her campaign handlers have told her to use the "laugh thing" like the Repubs do when they appear on Cable Channels and want to attack an opposer.
