If It Is All But Over For Bernie And The Math Is Such That He Can't Win The Nomination......

then why is Hillary launching a 'scorched earth' campaign to discredit and disqualify Bernie instead of turning her time, energies and money against the Repugs for the General Election?

It doesn't make sense to me. Wouldn't a better strategy be to just ignore Bernie as a non-factor? Why risk alienating Bernie supporters that she will need to win the GE? I don't get it?

So I think the balance of the primary has changed.

Notice Bernie didn't say anything bad about Hillary last night.

Another Bernie supporter trying to understand by applying logic.

Go to your room and say ten "Hail Hillarys" then maybe next time you'll think twice.

If she loses New York by even 1 vote it will be a repudiation by the voters of the state that she represented for 8 years in the Senate and it would be an absolute humiliation. Even Bill acknowledged that last week. It could trigger a collapse in her support in the 5 primaries that follow a week later and in the remaining primaries beyond that, including California.

It's over for them. They'll sell the house in Chappaqua, and move back to the South!
Not to mention, it's over for her hopes to get the nomination.
