Answer: Hillary Clinton
*First she used the 9/11 victims to defend her ties to Wall Street at a debate.

*Then she used the parents of murdered black children in the south.
*Starting tomorrow she is going to use the parents of the children that were murdered at Sandy Hook to attack Bernie on guns.
From 14 Signs of a Psychological Manipulator:
Psychological manipulation can be defined as the exercise of undue influence through mental distortion and emotional exploitation, with the intention to seize power, control, benefits and/or privileges at the victims expense.
And then there is this:
Manipulators can have various possible motivations, including but not limited to:
the need to advance their own purposes and personal gain at virtually any cost to others
a strong need to attain feelings of power and superiority in relationships with others
a want and need to feel in control (aka. control freak)
a desire to gain a feeling of power over others in order to raise their perception of self-esteem
boredom, or growing tired of his/her surroundings, seeing it as a game more than hurting others
Tomorrow this place will be full of the victimization of the parents of Sandy Hook. It will be used to attack Bernie because he doesn't believe it is the gun manufacturer's fault that a gun that was purchased legally was used in a murder.
So remember when you see all the attacks on Bernie over this issue, Hillary Clinton is playing mind games.
It does not mean for one second that our hearts are not broken for the tragedy of Sandy Hook. That was one of the most, if not the most horrific attacks by a nutcase with a gun ever.
When we ignore the attacks on Bernie all it means that we will not let Hillary Clinton manipulate our emotions by using the victims of a tragedy for political gain.

However, you need to make one correction.
You state the gun store's fault. The legislation he voted yay for was for the gun manufacturer and not the gun stores. Two very different things altogether really.
Otherwise, I am in complete agreement, and we have already seen this for months actually on this site.

(29,798 posts)Not trying to speak for him, but he has pointed out the local gun dealers in Vermont as his primary concern. The history of that effort culminating in the 2006 bill did include attempted legal action against gun dealers.
Beginning in the 1980s, victims of gun violence and their families started filing lawsuits against the stores that sold guns to their assailants, and later against the manufacturers as well. Then, in the late 1990s, cities and counties started to get involved. Throughout the decade, states had filed a deluge of lawsuits against the tobacco industry for deceptively marketing a deadly product, and some ultimately succeeded in winning historic settlements in the late 1990s. The tobacco litigation held a major industry accountable for the dangers of its products and forced producers to the bargaining table. Lawyers at the Brady Center wondered if guns could be the next tobacco.
On October 30, 1998, New Orleans became the first city to file suit against a gun manufacturer. A few weeks later, Chicago became the second. Philadelphia Mayor Ed Rendell, a Democrat who led a gun violence task force within the US Conference of Mayors at the time, urged other cities to follow their lead. Within a year, 30 cities and counties had filed suits against more than 40 gun manufacturers.

I'm not well informed on this topic, and I only scanned a couple of articles before settling on this one as seeming most informative.

(41,600 posts)all the innocent people. Do you sue the driver of that car or do you sue the auto manufacturer who made the car?
HER STRATEGY IS A LOSING STRATEGY! No one believes gun MANUFACTURERS should be held responsible for people using their guns illegally! That's just stupid! That line of attack didn't work before and it won't work this time, but it may piss off an entire nation that that woman would use murdered children to score political points! It's a DISGUSTING TACTIC!
No one believes anything she says anyway.
Go Bernie! You've got her injured and on the ropes in round 9! Knock-Out time!
SEVEN out of the last EIGHT races...after Saturday, that will be EIGHT OUT OF NINE RACES and WY is going to be ANOTHER LANDSLIDE VICTORY! I don't think the people of this country want a LIAR, CHEATER AND WARMONGER to be their president.
