So, I got an invitation from Mayor deBlasio (get yr barf bag ready)

Hillary Clinton has spent her life fighting to lift up everyday people. When she walks into the White House on January 20th, her agenda will be the most progressive that our country has seen in modern times.

To make that happen, I'm inviting you to join me and Hillary's campaign manager Robby Mook at a rally tomorrow evening, Wednesday, April 6th at 6pm, in support of Hillary’s campaign for President. It will be in lower Manhattan at 52 Broadway at the UFT headquarters.

Hillary Clinton has served our nation for decades at the highest level, backing—and achieving—the things we care about the most. Her fight for health insurance that she waged in 1993 set the stage for the comprehensive reform President Obama was able to pass in 2010. And her advocacy for family and medical leave changed the lives of working Americans across the country.

The fact that New York City has paid sick leave today is a direct result of the Clintons’ progress on family and medical leave during the 1990s, and Hillary hasn’t stopped fighting for Americans since—as Senator to New York and Secretary of State. She is the best suited to hit the ground running, address income inequality, and make the real changes that middle class and working class Americans need.

As ever, I deeply appreciate your support in all that we try to do for New Yorkers every day. I hope you join me by attending tomorrow night and showing your support for Hillary.

Thank you,

Bill de Blasio

I unsubscribed and told them why in very blunt terms. Curiously, at the bottom the email said "paid for by deBlasio 2017" ???

I'll pass it on elsewhere in social media. Why should I have all the fun?

I want him to keep it. This doesn't help his case.
What does "once on a list..." mean?

It will always be there, and will likely be sold!

My friend told me this when I'd gotten some USPS mail from a Republican outfit!!

And indeed, every now and then, I hear from them.

I toss it in the recycle.

I did wonder how he got my email address. Or was it her campaign? This is the first email I've gotten regarding supporting HRH HRC. Up till now I've only gotten snail mail which I return in the self-addressed envelope with my comments. No, I do NOT put a stamp on the envelope to save them money - they can ask Goldman Sachs.
