What are your thoughts?

What do you think is behind the poutrage of Bernie not releasing his 2015 taxes?

I think we all know who is behind it but what is the point they are trying to make?

Bernie is so unfrivilous (I'm pretty sure that is not even a word - lol) that Jane does their taxes at home & since they don't have access to it on the road, that means she most likely did it by hand and didn't e-file.

What do they think they will find? They are just a couple where both people work outside the home, and Bernie probably gets some social security benefits at his age.
Maybe they'll have a questionable tax write-off or maybe they didn't donate enough to charity (the Bidens were accused of that).
It's not like with Romney, who are very very wealthy & had so many investments that they didn't even know what they invested in because they hired a money manager.

I'm baffled why this is even an issue. Especially with someone like Bernie.

Thoughts?

Attack your opponent's strong points. Hillary has questionable finances and Bernie doesn't, so raise suspicion on Bernie's tax returns to neutralize that.

Everyone knows that Bernie has not made huge sums of money. He does not have millions of dollars anywhere. Yes, he ought to release his income tax forms because (sigh) that's what is usually done. And everyone who earns less than he does will feel jealous, but in reality, he doesn't make that much money. I'm guessing he's in the top 15% or so, but a long, long way from the top 1%

Which actually leads me to point out the disparity between the various percentiles. Someone in the top 1% is quite well off, but someone in the top .1%? They're EXTREMELY rich.

It's similar at the lower ends. Those in the bottom 10% are barely making if, if that. Someone in the next percentile can just about manage a decent life.

And so on.

Fake outrage over absolutely nothing so that they can make false equivalencies to very real issues that have surrounded Hillary all of her political life.

So many Americans use Turbo Tax. I do for my personal taxes. I know it seems quaint that a US Senator has his wife do their taxes but I'm not such a snob.as to believe Bernie wouldn't just go the "regular guy" route.

Now that there's national scrutiny they're getting pros to vet the returns for any anomalies.

His run for president was so unexpected and last minute, they haven't thought through the tax return questio

while running for president. He answers every question so he is not the one with trust issues, it is Clinton who has explaining to do. We can expect a statement from him about this, he cares about public trust, and is too smart for this shit.

1). I can guarantee his taxes are boring. (Nothing to see here, move on)

2). Bernie has told the truth all his life. Does anyone think he's going to falsify his return? NOT!!!!

3). It's just a ploy to throw his ass off track, which will NEVER work.

4). For those that have not heard, He's in this to WIN!!!!!
