Bernie Sanders 'Charleston Church Killings a tragic reminder of the ugly stain of racism

that still haunts our nation'

You grow weary of trying to find words to express the sadness, to offer condolences to the victims' loved ones, wrt to the almost daily killings of African Americans in this nation.

It is time to organize and say NO MORE. I am hoping Bernie leads the charge with proposals on how to stop this violence.

I also believe there needs to be some kind of federal law similar to the one in Germany that does not allow for racism in government institutions, cops and schools. We have to find a way to combat the growing of new crops of racists every generation. And someone needs to deal with their media outlet, Fox News. I don't know how with the 1st Amendment, but something needs to be done because people are DYING.

How do you stop that? I don't know.

I do believe however that there can and should be laws to prevent racism from being promoted over the airwaves. Sometimes drastic measures are needed to stop dangerous propaganda. And I'm not sure the 1st Amendment covers hate propaganda.

Starting with complete reform of the 'Civilian Police Force' where any sign of racism means instant dismissal.
