Bernie Sanders
Related: About this forumGet ready. The winds are about to change, and I'm not talking about Bernie.
A large part of why Bernie won last nite was his position on trade.
As we move across the rust belt somebody else is going to become the candidate that opposes trade more than anyone else in the whole wide world.
I have a feeling at this very moment Brock is digging thru Bernie's speeches and votes for another hit below the belt not really true Rovian jab tonite at the debate.

MSNBC : Breaking News Bernie Sanders did not win Hawaii or Idaho in last nights GOP primary. Should he drop out?
I didn't know that Bernie was running in the Hawaii and Idaho GOP races!
That's news to me!

(23,156 posts)6. Maybe he should have been?
How much did Hillary win those states by?
It's going to be amusing to watch the main stream media catch on to the fact that Bernie Sanders is not just someone's adorable grandfather who mistakenly thinks he can run for higher office. Someone else here said that the pundits on one of the networks (might have been MSNBC) all looked like they'd studied for the wrong test. And that's a good metaphor. They are studying for the wrong test entirely.

(2,212 posts)5. My thoughts EXACTLY.
In response to the Michigan loss, HRC will start proclaiming, "I'm the candidate who will PROTECT the American worker from unfair trade deals!"
Any Americans educated on the issue will be forgiven if they feel a passing urge to vomit.
