Former Flint Senator Don Riegle announced Sunday, March 6, prior to the Flint Democratic presidential primary debate that he was endorsing Bernie Sanders.

He started out as a Republican (back when there really was such a thing) and then changed parties, mid term, and STILL managed to get re-elected. As I recall, he was a very nice man.
