Anyone watching Chris Hayes?

At this moment he has 2 Clinton AA supporters on to discuss why Bernie is having a problem getting the black vote.
No one there to represent Bernie.
Nina Turner not available? Keith Ellison? Spike Lee? Or since they are in Michigan - what about the black leaders/politicians that just endorsed Bernie for his work in Flint?
http://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/politics/2016/02/29/bernie-sanders-picks-detroit-endorsements/81105734/

And of course Joy Reid (she was one) had to say how mean we are & that wasn't helping. (I just sent her a tweet asking for an example - lol if I get a response)

I am so effing sick of this!

As another DUer and I were 'chatting' earlier. Mission Accomplished Camp Clinton. Your Artful smear campaign was a success.

2. It's not even that. If they are going to sit there and attack Bernie, then Bernie should be

represented.

ugh - I am so frustrated with the way Bernie is ignored. The only time they cover him is to insult him or question him - and then don't have anyone to speak for him.

7. This has been a concerted strategy by the CBC from the beginning

But there is a growing sense among young CBC staffers that the attacks lobbed at Sanders are unseemly. In recent days, black lawmakers have called Sanders an “absentee” on issues important to black voters. On Wednesday — the day the endorsement was first reported — three aides said they had been asked to draft talking points for lawmakers on how to hit Sanders indirectly.

“It’s not stately,” a senior aide to a member of the CBC granted anonymity so that the aide could speak freely. “I’ll kiss the ring of whoever my party nominates, but right now I’m with Bernie and I’ve seen the behind the scenes efforts to discredit and suppress him. It’s not us and it’s not the way we should be approaching this.”

Said another aide, “I am pretty unconvinced that having [Clinton’s] CBC surrogates blast Bernie is the right strategy.”

And Alexander’s essay was particularly piercing, three CBC lawmakers told BuzzFeed News. One lawmaker told BuzzFeed News that people had flooded his email with the articles by Alexander and Coates. “And most of them were young people.”

“I do think that there is a clear divide between the caucus and some of our constituents,” the lawmaker said. “I think a lot of them are upset with us. I think they saw what happened with the president — and I am a big supporter of him and will defend him to the end — but I think a lot of them think that we sold ourselves too cheap, particularly our young people.”

According to the lawmaker, it was clear that their young staffers and constituents wanted them to take the criticisms of Clinton seriously. “The younger generation has begun to look at us and they’re asking the question, Is Hillary really on my side? When my brother was put in jail for marijuana under her husband? Welfare was taken away, and so forth.”

Thanks for the read!

9. I used to respect Chris Hayes

when he was host of "Up with Chris Hayes" on weekend mornings a few years ago. What you describe is just sickening, it's like a negative campaign ad against Bernie. Bernie has done so much more for PoC than Hillary.

The MSM, and most of the Washington insider crowd, ignore him. His is a real uphill battle, and still he does well.

Then the snide, smirking fans of his opponent say things like, "Oh why aren't more people voting for Bernie?" even though he's been doing very respectably despite getting into the race last May, not being rich, not having a famous name, famous husband, wealthy influential friends, MSM support, and a reputation for vindictiveness.

All he has is truth, millions of people who believe in him, and the fact that he is a thousand times better than his opponent.

No Chris, No Rachel, Nobody.

Not even online.

I do wonder how their ratings have been. I'm certain they have lost a lot of eye balls since booting Ed and everyone else.

12. Things I would rather do than watch Chris Hayes, in no particular order

-Get root canals in the rest of my teeth
-Get an enema from Henry Kissinger
-Listen to AM talk radio in the deep south
-Catch up on some Donald Trump speeches
-Roll around in broken glass and lemon juice
-Get E. Coli from Chipotle
-Chill with Bill Cosby
-Read anything about the primaries on the Daily Beast
-Screwdriver in ear canal
-Be forced to watch the 5th season of American Horror Story, starring Lady Gaga
-Read the entirety of the HRC group on DU going back to 2007

There's more, obviously, but that's should give you a fairly general idea.

It's this election season's version of swiftboating. A major strength of Bernie is his activism and devotion to AA causes, so hammer in how he just can't relate to the AA community.
